Lab Principles
The EAL-METABO or EAL Lab, whose primary goal is to push the boundaries of cancer and immune metabolism, welcomes all individuals regardless of gender, race/ethnicity, age, religion, cultural background, socioeconomic status or sexual orientation. You should have the ability to share the lab’s common commitment to fostering a diverse and positive lab climate, where each lab member feels empowered and spontaneous to bring their whole contributions to our research projects. As one of the core philosophies of the lab, the lab PI will place a strong emphasis on mentoring trainees towards their career development goals.
Diversity Statement
The EAL Lab welcomes all individuals regardless of gender, race/ethnicity, age, religion, cultural background, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status. We believe that when people feel respected, heard and included they can be more creative, and successful. Suggesting and dialoging the expected behaviors to practice, we aim to create an inclusive group culture where every lab member feels empowered and uninhibited to bring their whole selves and contributions to our research community, regardless of background, race or any other traits.
